Shawl body

Row 1: ch 2, in 2nd ch from hook (sc, ch 2, sc), Turn. [2 sc sts]

Row 2: ch 1, sc in 1st sc, ch 1, (sc, ch 2, sc) into ch 2 sp, ch 1, sc in last sc. Turn. [4 sc sts] Row 3: ch 1, sc in 1st sc, ch 1, sc in ch sp, ch 1 (sc, ch 2, sc) in ch 2 sp, ch 1, sc in next ch sp, ch 1 sc in last sc. Turn. [6 sc sts] 

Row 4: ch 1, sc in 1st sc, ch 1, sc in next ch sp, ch 1; repeat from to ch 2 sp, (sc, ch 2, sc) in ch 2 sp, ch 1, sc in next ch sp, ch 1; repeat from to last st, sc in last sc st. [8 sc sts]
