Materials
Worsted weight yarn
5mm crochet hook
Tapestry Needle
Scissors
Abbreviations (US Terms):
ch: chain
puff st: puff stitch
sc: single crochet
sp: space
st: stitch
Special Stitches:
Puff Stitch: yarn over, insert the hook and pull up a long loop 5 times, (11 loops on the hook) yarn over and pull through all 11 loops, ch1 to close the top of the puff.
Instructions:
Make a magic circle or ch 4 and slip st into the first ch to form a ring
Round 1: ch1, 6 sc in ring, join with a sl st in top of first sc.
Round 2: ch 2, puff in same st, ch 2, slip st in next st; repeat from to end. Fasten off the yarn. Push the chain stitches to the back of each puff to form the petals.
Using a tapestry needle weave in all ends or sew them together.
