    Details

    The brim is knit in a tight rib on smaller needles, then relaxes into a larger sized body. With a simple 2 row repeat, you may wish to add less or more length than the recommended height. Paired decreases allow the textured pattern to remain throughout the crown and give it a looser squared shape.
    Two sizes, adult and child are included in the pattern.

    18” brim /22” body /9.5” height (Adult)
    16” brim /20” body /8.5” inch height (Child)
    Model shown is wearing adult size and has 21” head.

    Gauge
    16 sts/26 rows = 4” in hat body pattern

    Materials
    16” size 6 US 4 mm circular needle or double pointed needles
